Anyone know where I can find some scallops at 12:37 am?

Yes, there’s a bunch of them in the ocean.
Unfortunately, their best accessory is bacon, which is generally not found in the ocean.

Fair point. They can have hundreds of eyes, and they’d probably see you coming by the flashlight.

I also need scallops. Fried scallops. All of them.
And some fried clams.
With lemon and tartar sauce.
And maybe a bowl of chowder.
Screw it, throw in a lobster roll too. The good kind, soaked in butter.

Not allowed at work after hours?
But seriously, more 24h grocery stores please! I think I’d have to go all the way into Cambridge here.

100%!!! I cook the bacon a little first then wrap the scallop . I put them in a pan with lots of butter and brown sugar. Everything comes out all sticky, its awesome.

Mine closes at 11 and we don’t have a full seafood dept , so no scallops

How on earth does a supermarket on a seaside island not have a well stocked seafood department? I mean I get that there aren’t exactly vast fishing fleets pulling into the Vineyard, but it still seem pretty off brand...

We just don’t have room for a seafood dept. It’s just a 4ft refrigerator case filled with p repacked stuff.
